Jessica J. Kegley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Prior to that she worked as a counselor for 12 years in the credit counseling and crisis pregnancy settings. Jessica received her BS from the University of Minnesota in Family Social Science in 2001. She received her master’s degree from St. Mary’s University in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009. Jessica is a Catholic therapist and her commitment to her faith is evident in her personal and professional life. She is pleased to be able to offer the option of a faith-based perspective in counseling for those seeking a more holistic approach in integrating their spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health.
Jessica has worked with individuals, couples and families with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, loss, and interpersonal conflicts. She utilizes Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as emotion-focused, narrative, and solution focused approaches in her practice. Her special interests include perinatal and postpartum issues, post-abortive and pregnancy loss healing, infertility issues, and parenting, financial, and intimacy issues.
