Jill Stephens is a Licensed Psychologist who has worked in the mental health field since 1988. Jill received her bachelor’s degree from The College of St. Benedict. Jill has a master of science degree in clinical psychology from North Dakota State University. Jill has clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient and school settings. Jill specializes in the treatment of eating disorders. Her philosophy of treatment includes a combination of nutritional, medical, behavioral and emotional management of the eating disorder. Treatment may include individual, group and family therapy approaches or a combination of them.
Jill also has expertise in the treatment of anxiety, depression and in psychological assessment. Jill sees individuals, couples and families. She also enjoys group therapy and offers groups for depression, eating disorders and body-image. Jill enjoys the opportunity to utilize a faith-based approach to treatment with those individuals who request it. Jill’s therapy style is cognitive-behavioral, with the use of additional theories and approaches which are individualized based on the needs of her clients.
