Joseph (Jody) Frey is an LMFT who earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Factor’s Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Jody has a passion for teenagers and a unique background in working with both teens and families of teenagers. For nearly 25 years, he has served in leadership roles guiding and building people and helping them achieve their goals. Over the last 5 years, this has focused more on helping teens in trauma situations return to a life that serves a purpose and is rewarding. Jody also enjoys seeing couples and strives to keep families together. Jody focuses on solution focused and narrative therapy while using other methods as appropriate. Jody brings a faith filled Christian background with him. In addition to teens, his areas of interest are: trauma, family stress, self-esteem, anxiety, ocd, and forgiveness.
Jody has been married for over 20 years and has successfully raised two children. He loves techie type stuff so if he isn't working he will likely be playing video games or be outside with his family.
