Jessica Kegley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has over 18 years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups in a variety of settings. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Family Social Science in 2001. She received her master’s degree from St. Mary’s University in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2009. Jessica is a Catholic therapist and is pleased to be able to offer the option of a faith-based perspective in counseling. Jessica enjoys working with couples, adults, and adolescents; and uses a collaborative approach that focuses on each client’s unique strengths to help them achieve their goals. She utilizes techniques from Gottman Couple, Trauma Focused, Narrative, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients reach those goals. Her special interests include communication issues around intimacy, finances, and parenting, as well as, perinatal and postpartum grief and loss. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys doing anything outdoors, and spending time with her husband and children.
Jessica sees clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with a limited amount of Saturday morning appointments. Jessica accepts most major insurance plans. Please call our office to ask about your particular insurance coverage.
